Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. getwin will never request a Player's password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Players who suspect that their account credentials have been compromised must change their password immediately and notify getwin support.
All activity conducted through a Player's account — including bets placed, deposits made, and games played — is deemed to have been authorised by the registered account holder. getwin bears no liability for losses or unauthorised transactions arising from a Player's failure to secure their credentials, unless the breach of security is demonstrated to have resulted directly from a failure of getwin's own security systems.
getwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Players must comply with verification requests within seven (7) calendar days of the request being issued. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
getwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). getwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via international payment processors. Players must have completed the account verification process before any withdrawal request will be approved. Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile financial service account registered in the same name as the getwin account. getwin reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks before approving any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant such review.
The getwin platform must not be used as a mechanism for the transfer, laundering, or movement of funds. Any Player found to be depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity will have their account suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation. getwin cooperates fully with relevant financial compliance obligations and will take all necessary steps to address suspected financial misconduct.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by getwin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept separately in the account balance; real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.

Each promotional offer is available to one eligible account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Players who attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of additional accounts will have all associated accounts suspended in accordance with the single account policy set out in Section 3.2 above.
A bet is not confirmed until the Player has received a written confirmation from the getwin platform acknowledging the bet as accepted. getwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced, where the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error, or where the Player's account is under review.
In the event that odds, lines, spreads, or payouts are published due to a manifest technical error or human error, getwin reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds, even after the relevant event has concluded. Players who identify an obvious error in published odds are under an obligation not to exploit it; exploitation of manifest errors will be treated as prohibited conduct under Section 9 of these Terms.
If a sporting event covered by getwin's betting markets is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the relevant sport's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance. In the case of partial event completion (for example, a rain-interrupted cricket match where a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is declared), settled bets on markets with a confirmed result will stand.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including BPL fixtures, T20 World Cup matches, IPL games, and other cricket events. In-play odds update continuously and the Player accepts that there may be a short delay between a real-world event occurring and the odds being updated on the platform. getwin will not accept liability for bets placed during any delay period where the real-world outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted.
All casino games available on the getwin platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and card games such as Callbreak — are supplied by certified third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards or the spinning of a roulette wheel by a live dealer operating from a licensed studio.
getwin does not operate or control the RNG systems used within individual games; responsibility for game fairness rests with the certified studio supplying each game. getwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical faults, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond getwin's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. getwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

Upon closure of an account for cause, getwin will conduct a review of all activity on the account. Where the Player is found to have breached these Terms, any BDT balance held within the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at getwin's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where the account is closed for reasons not attributable to the Player's conduct (for example, the withdrawal of the service from a specific market), all verified balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting getwin support. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding BDT balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any pending bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements.
getwin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, getwin will provide reasonable notice to Players via the contact details registered on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
